1 Return Eligibility & Valid Timeframe

Valid return window is 30 calendar days from item receipt date. Returnable goods must stay unused, unwashed, stain-free, original tags & complete original packaging attached. Final-sale discounted goods, accessories and custom-made products are non-refundable & non-exchangeable permanently.

2 Cost-bearing Rules for Returns

  1. Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Item (seller responsibility): Submit application within 48h post delivery with proof images; we fully cover return shipping cost and provide full refund or free replacement.
  2. Personal reason return (buyer preference/size issue): Customer pays all return postage; original checkout delivery fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3 Step-by-step Return Process

  1. Send return request email to pgpg9221@outlook.com with your unique order number and item photos;
  2. Wait for our official approval and receive designated UK return address;
  3. Securely repack goods, ship back and share return tracking number via email;
  4. Our warehouse inspects returned items within 3–5 working days after receipt and executes refund or exchange.

4 Refund Execution Standard

After successful item inspection approval, we issue refund within 3–7 business days to your original payment channel. Actual fund arrival time depends on your bank or payment platform’s processing cycle, generally 1–2 billing cycles. We reject return application or deduct corresponding compensation if returned goods show obvious wear, stain, missing tags or artificial damage.
