1 What are your global shipping charges?
We provide worldwide door-to-door delivery for all countries globally:
- Order subtotal below £59: fixed flat delivery cost £4.5
- Order subtotal £59 or more: 100% FREE worldwide shipping with no hidden surcharges
2 How long will my parcel arrive?
All orders get processed in 1–3 working days (exclude UK weekends & UK national holidays) after payment confirmation:
- United States (core market): 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom domestic: 3–7 business days
- European nations: 6–10 business days
- Rest of world:7–15 business days
Delays occasionally happen due to customs clearance, peak shopping season or unexpected logistics issues.
3 How to track my purchased order?
Once dispatched, we send shipping confirmation email with unique tracking number & official tracking link to your registered mailbox. Check spam folder if you do not receive mail within 3 working days, or email our support directly for tracking help.
4 Can I cancel or amend my placed order?
Free order cancellation or modification is allowed within 24 hours after payment if goods are not packed or shipped. Once production & shipment start, no further changes or cancellation is permitted. Approved full refunds will be processed in 3–7 working days.
5 Wrong/damaged/defective items upon receipt?
Contact us within 48 hours after delivery and attach clear photos/videos of damaged packaging and faulty items. We validate claims rapidly and offer free return, item replacement or full refund with all return freight covered by Velquira.
6 Return for personal preference?
We accept returns for unused, unwashed, full-tag intact items within 30 days after delivery for size mismatch or dislike of style; buyers bear all outgoing return delivery cost for personal-reason returns. Clearance & final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
